Class: Yoga and Qigong at Sportspark

Time: 9.30am – 10.30am

Class: Vinyasa Flow Yoga open level at Sportspark

Time: 5pm to 6pm

Wednesday 8th 

Class: Hatha Yoga at Sportspark

Time: 7.30pm to 8.30pm
