THURSDAY EVENING CLASS AT ST NICOLAS CHURCH HALL, SUTCLIFFE AVENUE, EARLEY from 6.30pm-7.30pm.

New Term at St Nicolas Earley runs from Thursday, April 18th through to Thursday, May 23rd. No class May 2nd as  the hall is being used as a polling station.

YOU WILL NEED A MAT AND IDEALLY A YOGA STRAP

PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION POLICY

Payment is in advance –  cancellations received before 9am Thursday will be offered a credit. 

Booking for this class is in advance by following the steps below:

1. Please email me at victoriahm@yahoo.co.uk or text me to request a space and I will reply ASAP to let you know if a space is available.

2. Once I’ve confirmed that a space is available, please make your payment of £9, via online bank transfer.

Class is open level, with modifications offered for those with injuries and opportunities for stronger variations for those looking for a challenge. Please be aware that you take full responsibility for yourself and practice at your own risk.

You will need a Yoga mat and ideally a strap and you are welcome to bring blocks or any other props you have. I look forward to practising together!
