January term at St Nicolas, Earley will run from Thursday, January 8th to Thursday February 12. 6 classes in total. Please note price revision due to hall hire increase £10 per class.Booking in advance via WhatsApp

YOU WILL NEED A MAT AND IDEALLY A YOGA STRAP

All booking is on a week to week basis in advance by 4pm Thursday latest.

Class is open level, with modifications offered for those with injuries and opportunities for stronger variations for those looking for a challenge. Please be aware that you take full responsibility for yourself and practice at your own risk.

You will need a Yoga mat and ideally a strap and you are welcome to bring blocks or any other props you have. We are a very friendly group at St Nic’s – new members are guaranteed a warm welcome!
